Neal M. Ashkanasy 院士是澳大利亚昆士兰大学商学院管理学特聘教授、终身教授，社会和组织心理学博士，博士生导师。澳大利亚社会科学学院（ASSA）院士，国际心理协会（APS）会员，工业和组织心理学家委员会委员（SIOP）、澳大利亚和新西兰管理学会会长(ANZAM)。

他主要研究领导力、组织文化、商业道德、和组织情绪心理。在国际一级杂志“管理学会杂志、管理评论杂志、组织行为杂志、领导力季刊、管理学杂志上发表多篇论文。

组织行为学杂志总主编，管理评论杂志副主编，管理学习与教育杂志副主编，情绪评论副主编，应用心理学杂志、管理学杂志编委、组织情绪研究书系的总主编。组织情绪网站、组织文化讨论网站的总负责人。

最近他获得国际管理学界著名奖项：埃尔顿∙梅奥杰出教学和研究奖。他曾多次获得管理评论杂志、管理学杂志、组织管理评论等杂志的杰出审稿人称号。

英文简介：

Neal M. Ashkanasy is a Professor in the UQ Business School at the University of Queensland, Australia, where he received his PhD in social/organizational psychology. He studies leadership, organizational culture, ethics, and emotions in organizations; and has published in leading journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, the Academy of Management Journal Review, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, The Leadership Quarterly, and the Journal of Management. He serves on several editorial boards, including the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Management, and is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Associate Editor of the Academy of Management Review, and Emotion Review, and Co-Editor of the book series, Research on Emotion in Organizations. Prof. Ashkanasy is a Fellow of the Academy for the Social Sciences in Australia (ASSA), the Association for Psychological Science (APS), the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and the Australia and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM). He was recently awarded the Elton Mayo Award for outstanding contributions to research and teaching. He has served as Chair of the Academy of Management’s MOC Division and as President of ANZAM. He administers two Listservs (Emonet: Emotions in Organizations; Orgcult: The organizational culture caucus).
